    We print and dispatch

We print your order and hand it to Econt or Speedy for delivery to your chosen collection point.

Layer by layer

This is how an object is made: the nozzle deposits material line by line. PLA, PETG or flexible TPU — every gram is included in the price.

Frequently asked questions

Which file should I send?

We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF with dimensions in millimetres. The model must describe a measurable volume, which determines the price. Open edges do not automatically mean rejection; they are common in CAD exports and scans. If you only have photos or an idea, we can create the model to your brief.

How is the price calculated?

Automatically from the model geometry: material in the walls, infill and supports, and the machine time required. File preparation is added, then VAT is applied to the total. You see the final price before ordering. This covers production; delivery is added after you select a collection point and paid with the order.

Can you print in two colours?

Yes. Our Bambu Lab X2D has two nozzles and prints two colours in the SAME layer. Select “Second colour in the same layer” in the calculator for PLA or polycarbonate; this adds 25% to the printing price. Separate parts can each be printed in a different colour at no extra charge, and colour changes by height are also possible. For more than two colours or another material, email us for manual confirmation.

Can you print without support marks?

Yes, using soluble PVA supports. The second nozzle prints supports in a water-soluble material that is washed away afterwards, leaving clean surfaces above them without the marks from breaking off conventional supports. Select “Soluble supports — PVA” in the calculator for PLA or PETG. This adds 25% to the printing price plus the support material cost; models without supports incur no extra charge. It cannot be combined with two-colour printing because both options use the same second nozzle.

How large can the model be?

Up to 256 × 256 × 260 mm, the build volume of our main Bambu Lab X2D printer (235 × 256 × 256 mm for two-colour printing). We check automatically whether the model fits, including rotation. Larger objects can be made in parts for assembly; email us about these.

Which materials do you print with?

Standard PLA (including matt, silk, wood-filled and metal-filled), PETG and flexible TPU; engineering ABS, ASA, polycarbonate (PC) and nylon (PA); carbon- and glass-fibre composites including PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA6-CF, PAHT-CF and PPA-CF. Our enclosed, actively heated chamber gives stable results even with demanding materials. We do not use photopolymer resin; that is a different technology.

Can I see the model before paying?

Yes. We show an interactive 3D preview and check the dimensions against the printer. Open edges are not an obstacle: the slicing software closes them and printing can proceed. Instant pricing stops only if the volume cannot be measured reliably; we then review the file manually.

How long does it take?

It depends on size, quantity and print quality. Your quote includes estimated machine time. The exact lead time follows order confirmation because it also depends on the current printer queue.

How will I receive my order?

By Econt or Speedy courier. Choose a collection point from the list when ordering and see the delivery cost immediately. It is paid by card together with production. Track the status online at every step.
