Receiving your order
Delivery
Unofficial translation. The Bulgarian text prevails.
We deliver to Econt or Speedy collection points in Bulgaria and to addresses in Romania and Greece through Speedy/DPD.
Choosing delivery
Choose the delivery country. For Bulgaria, select a courier and collection point. For Romania or Greece, enter the city, postcode, street and number, address details and a phone number with its country code. If you find an error, email sales@3dpoint.bg immediately. Changes after a consignment note is issued may cause a delay or an extra charge.
Delivery cost and payment
Delivery is calculated after you select a collection point or complete your international address. It is added to production and paid in advance. Nothing is payable to the courier on receipt.
The courier supplies a price for the country, town and packed weight, with a minimum of 0.5 kg. If no international courier price is available, an explicitly configured agreed country rate may apply up to its weight limit. This is labelled at checkout. Cash on delivery is unavailable. Orders require a valid delivery price. The free-delivery promotion applies only within Bulgaria.
Lead time
The quote estimates production time from machine time and the printer queue. Courier transit time starts after dispatch and is additional. Checkout shows the courier’s date, when supplied, or the working-day range from the agreed rate. The courier’s date assumes current dispatch and shifts for made-to-order items. Remote areas, islands and holidays may take longer. We email you about known delays.
Courier handover and tracking
For the consignment note we share the recipient’s name, phone and email, collection point or full address with country and postcode, parcel weight and order number with the courier. Staff issue the note through the admin/hub or manually. Tracking appears on the private order page. Email updates are sent when the email service is enabled.
Receipt and risk
If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you when you or a third party you nominate physically receives the parcel. This does not limit your rights if the goods do not conform to the contract.
Damaged or missing parcels
If there is visible damage, ask the courier to record it and, if possible, photograph the packaging and contents on receipt. Email sales@3dpoint.bg as soon as possible with your order number. Photos and a damage report help with a courier claim, but their absence alone does not remove your statutory rights. Also contact us about missing or delayed parcels so we can check the consignment.
