How it reaches you
We deliver to Econt or Speedy collection points throughout Bulgaria, including Sofia. Delivery is priced when you choose a collection point and included in what you pay; there is no extra payment on collection.
We do not accept cash on delivery. Pay in advance by card; confirmation arrives by email with a tracking link.
Local collection
We do not currently have a customer collection point; everything goes by courier. We will update this page if that changes. We prefer to be clear rather than send you to an address where no one can receive you.
Our equipment
Two FDM machines: Bambu Lab X2D with two nozzles, an enclosed heated chamber and a 256 × 256 × 260 mm build volume, and AnkerMake M5C (220 × 220 × 250 mm). Materials range from PLA, PETG and flexible TPU to ABS, ASA, polycarbonate and carbon-fibre nylon. We do not use photopolymer resin; it is another technology, and we will not promise a service we do not provide.
Frequently asked questions
Is one-day delivery available in Sofia?
The courier sets its own delivery time, not us. A parcel within Sofia usually takes a day. Production time is additional and appears in your quote.
Can I pay on receipt?
No. Payment is in advance by card, including delivery, so there are no surprises at the collection counter.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Email your company details to sales@3dpoint.bg and include the order number.
